Race Tent Sponsors
This sponsorship underwrites the cost of tent rentals for Race Day. There are 15 of these sponsorships available.
- $250 cash sponsorship commitment
- A 12"x 30" sign will be posted under the Tent Name (i.e. Volunteer Tent) to show the companies who are sponsoring that tent
- Depending on tent size, there may be multiple company sponsors per tent
Race Water Station Sponsorship This sponsorship underwrites the cost of water stations along the Race Course. Please email sponsorship@komencs.org or call 719-632-8887 if you would like to become a Water Station Sponsor.
- There are 4 available water stations
- $800 cash sponsorship commitment
- Location of water station determined by Race Committee
- Cups and water provided by Komen Colorado Springs Race for the Cure® or the sponsor may provide plastic coated paper cups with their company logo (The cups must be approved by the Race Committee)
- Sponsoring organization will staff the booth; a specific number of volunteers are mandatory
- Sponsoring organization will hang own banner(s) on table(s) for company recognition
- Sponsoring organization's representatives may wear the organization's logo clothing for company recognition
- Sponsoring organization will set up, and before/after Race clean up water station and surrounding area of all trash
Pooches in Pink Sponsors
We are looking for dog friendly sponsors for this event. We have 3 levels of cash sponsorship with varying levels of benefit to you as a sponsor.

We welcome cash which would be used to offset some of our fixed expenses. We are also looking to offer dog-related gift baskets or services as prizes.
Sleep-In for the Cure Sponsors
There are multiple sponsorships available for this event.
- $2500 cash sponsorship commitment
- Special T-shirt
- Special promotion
Passionately Pink Photo Booth
There is one sponsorship available for this event.
- $2,000 cash sponsorship commitment
- Tent Banner will be provided by the Race with Sonsor's logo
- Sponsorship will pay for photos of Survivors
Other Ways to Help
There are many costs incurred throughout the year. Please consider the following "wish list" which would greatly assist us in keeping our administrative cost at a minimum, thereby allowing us to support our mission.
- Race Teams Party -- Pre-Race event to encourage team participation
- Race Day rental equipment (tables, chairs and sound system)
- Race Day entertainment (music, clowns, dancers, etc.)
- Trucks for delivery on Race weekend
- Food and beverages for meetings and for volunteers on Race weekend
- Cups, napkins, paper plates and plastic utensils
- Printing (booklets, letterhead stationery, invitations, programs)
